Danielle graduated from the International School of Professional Bodywork (IPSB) in California in 2006.
She specializes in Deep Tissue, Thai Massage and Sports & Injury. Danielle spent 3 years under the supervision of a physician in a pain management and rehabilitation clinic. This experience provided a platform for her to learn how to assess and address many different types of injuries and conditions as a massage therapist. Danielle uses massage and other rehabilitative techniques like exercise and stretching to provide her clients with the best results. Danielle is a certified Yoga Instructor and uses this knowledge to help provide her clients with the tools to create balance and wellbeing in their own daily routine. Danielle loves to dance, and create lighthearted art.

Karma Fry

Karma, a graduate of Myotherapy College of Utah, has been practicing massage for 6 years. Karma has additional training in Craino-Sacral Therapy and Neruo-muscular Massage (NMT). NMT is indicated for injury rehabilitation, managing acute and chronic pain as well as addressing postural issues and sports injuries. Karma has extensive training and experience with Yoga. She brings the knowledge of postural alignment and body awareness that yoga provides into her massage practice. She is involved in the performance art: Acro-yoga, a combination of acrobatics and partner yoga. Karma is very active in skiing, mountain biking and hiking. |

Rebecca Shatles

“Beck” is a nationally certified massage therapist and an AOBTA certified therapist in Asian Healing Arts and Integrated Nutrition. She has practiced massage for 9 years, and incorporates a variety of modalities into her bodywork including: Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, Thai massage and acupressure. She is a graduate of the Heartwood Institute where she studied nutrition with Paul Pitchford, author of Healing with Whole Foods. Beck received her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Vermont in 1994. Beck is also a licensed acupuncturist. She received her Master's of Acupuncture from the Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture in 2008 and has a private practice in Salt Lake City. Beck is an avid skier and loves to travel.

Heidi O’Connor

Heidi has been practicing massage for over 10 years, and has had a successful practice at the Country Club since 2005. She is a graduate of Myotherapy College of Utah, where she later worked on faculty. She specializes in sports massage, injury rehabilitation and pain management. She is certified in Applied Biomechanics, Accutherapy, Cranio-Sacral therapy and is a nationally certified Lypossage therapist. She has certified as a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and has served as the education chair for the Utah chapter of the American Massage Therapy Association. In 2010 Heidi is working to complete her certification in Orthopedic Massage from the Center for Orthopedic Massage and Pain Management in Texas.
